We learned the hard way that font designers can create
fonts that won’t save as .pdf.
Unfortunately, since we had the font installed on both computers we used to preview, the image
looked fine to us and we had no idea that someone else opening the same
document wouldn’t see the same thing. You
may have noticed this problem on some pages of your 2nd grade homework
packet. We are so sorry! Please download an updated version of the
files. The affected pages are: 21, 23, and
63.
At this frantic back-to-school time we know the last thing you
want to wrangle with is computer issues.
To make it up to you we’re including in this packet the common core
documentation so many have asked for. Each page is labeled with the standards it relates to. Also, I decided I wasn’t happy with some of the writing pages, so I beefed them up a bit. I also tweaked a few of the phonics and vocabulary pages. None of the changes is vital if you don’t feel like reprinting, but if you haven’t already copied for the year just know that there are few changes. To help
