Lauren MacLean is the author of the best-selling children’s picture book Me and My Sit Spot, the host of the Teach Outdoors podcast, a grade 2/3 teacher and part-time outdoor learning consultant. She is the mother of two young wild ones and you will often find them hiking or mountain biking in the forested trails behind their house.
