Reclaim Your Winter Break

Challenge terms of use

The ground rules for the free Reclaim Your Winter Break challenge, November 15–18, 2026, and the optional lifetime access upgrade.

Last updated November 3, 2026

The short version (the full terms are below)

  • The challenge is free. Replays are up for 24 hours, then again Nov 20–22. Free hubs can be edited through Nov 22.
  • Lifetime access is $27, and all sales are final. It’s a digital product, so there are no refunds.
  • Live sessions are recorded. If you turn on your camera or chat, you may appear in the replays. We’ll ask before using you in anything promotional.
  • The materials are for you and your classroom. Please don’t share or resell them.

1Who these terms are with

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Second Story Window, LLC, doing business as Teacher Approved Club (“we,” “us,” or the “Company”), PO Box 398, Farmington, UT 84025. They cover Reclaim Your Winter Break 2026 (the “Challenge”), including the live sessions, replays, emails, your challenge hub, and the optional lifetime access upgrade.

By registering for or taking part in the Challenge, live or by replay, you agree to these Terms, our Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy. If these Terms and our Terms and Conditions disagree, these Terms apply to the Challenge. You must be 18 or older to register.

2Your access

Free registration includes the four live sessions (November 15–18, 2026, at 8:00 PM Eastern), the challenge emails, and your private challenge hub.

  • Each replay is available for 24 hours after its live session, and all replays are available again from Friday, November 20 through Sunday, November 22.
  • You can add to and edit your hub through 11:59 PM Eastern on Sunday, November 22, 2026. After that, free hubs are closed for editing.

Lifetime access ($27) keeps the replays, your editable hub, and the daily cheat sheets available after the free windows close. “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the product, not forever. If we ever plan to close it, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice so you can download your plan and the materials.

3Payment and refunds

The Challenge is free. If you buy lifetime access, you agree to pay the price shown at checkout in full.

Because lifetime access is a digital product you can use right away, all sales are final and no refunds are available.

If you were charged in error or can’t get into your hub, email us at hello@secondstorywindow.net and we’ll make it right.

4Live sessions, recordings and your image

The live sessions are recorded so we can share replays. If you turn on your camera or microphone, speak, or type in the chat, your name, image, voice and comments may appear in the recording.

By joining a live session, you agree that we can include you in the recordings we share with Challenge participants and lifetime access buyers. If you’d rather not appear, keep your camera and microphone off, and use a first name or nickname in the chat.

We will not use your image, comments or homework in ads, social media posts or other promotion without asking you first.

5Your hub and homework

Your challenge hub is private to you. What you write there (your plans, lists and homework) is stored so you can come back to it, and so we can run the giveaway drawings. We only share your homework or wins outside your hub, even with just your first name, if you give us permission.

6Emails

When you register, you’ll get emails about the Challenge, including reminders, replay links and, at the end, an invitation to join the Teacher Approved Club. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. If you unsubscribe, you may miss replay links and drawing announcements.

7Giveaways

Prize drawings during the Challenge follow the Official Giveaway Rules.

8Using the materials

Everything in the Challenge, including the sessions, slides, worksheets, templates, hub content and replays, belongs to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may use the materials for your own planning and in your own classroom. You may not copy, share, sell, post or create new products from them, or share replay links or login links, without our written permission.

9Respect for other participants

Please be kind in the chat. Don’t share screenshots, recordings, names or comments of other participants outside the Challenge without their permission, and don’t use the chat to promote your own products, services or causes. We may remove anyone who doesn’t follow these guidelines, without a refund.

10Not professional advice, and no guaranteed results

The Challenge shares ideas and examples from our experience as teachers. It isn’t legal, financial, medical, mental health or employment advice. Always follow your school’s and district’s policies. Your results depend on many things outside our control, so we can’t promise any particular outcome.

11Technology

We work hard to keep the live sessions, replays and your hub running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee they’ll never be interrupted. We aren’t responsible for problems caused by your internet connection, device or browser. We may change, reschedule or skip a session or recording if something comes up, and we’ll let you know by email if we do.

12Things outside our control

We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by things beyond our reasonable control, such as outages, natural disasters, illness, government action, or problems with the services we rely on.

13Limits on liability

The Challenge and its materials are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your participation, and our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Challenge.

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Second Story Window, LLC from claims, losses or expenses that result from your participation, your use of the materials, or your breaking these Terms.

14Resolving disputes

If you have a concern, please email us first. We’d much rather fix it. If we can’t resolve it informally, you agree that any dispute will be settled by binding arbitration in Davis County, Utah, rather than in court, and that you waive the right to a jury trial or to take part in a class action. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

15International participants

If you join from outside the United States, you’re responsible for following your local laws.

16Copyright concerns

If you believe something shared in the Challenge infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to hello@secondstorywindow.net. We may remove the content while we look into it.

17Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to take part. If you have trouble accessing the sessions, replays or hub, or need an accommodation, email hello@secondstorywindow.net and we’ll do our best to help.

18Changes and other terms

We may update these Terms, and the date at the top will show when. If any part is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment or professional-client relationship. We may remove access, without a refund, for anyone who breaks these Terms.
