HOSTED BY EMILY AND HEIDI FROM SECOND STORY WINDOW.

After 20+ years of teaching, we’ve learned a thing or 2 about back-to-school success.

Back to school season used to come with a level of life-derailing stress that we could never quite overcome. We are former 2nd grade and preschool teachers!

I (Emily 👋) spent my first summer as a teacher making my room cute (#priorities)…annnnd then felt like I had NO IDEA what to do after that.

I (Heidi 👋) can top that – I dislocated my jaw and developed ulcers from BTS stress 😬, so I had to get extra help setting up my classroom that year!

Since then, we’ve learned that having a plan for success is the key to starting the year with confidence and calm!

So we’ve teamed up with some of our best internet (and real life friends!) who are passionate about helping you elevate what matters and simplify the rest.

Here's what other Teachers are saying...

I felt that I lost my way last year after 17 years of teaching and had almost given up hope of reaching my future students. I was seriously depressed. Coming across your training on how to have an excellent year really pumped me up. I know I can do this and you are part of my confidence. I am proof that you can teach an old dog new tricks!

Still wondering if Teacher Summer Talks is the right fit for you?

Teacher summer talks is for you if ...

Teacher summer talks isn't for you if ...

Answers to your questions!

Why is this called an audio summit?

An audio summit is virtual professional development delivered in audio format, like series of podcast episodes or an audiobook.

We've brought together over 20 teacher-authors who specialize in different aspects of teaching, like STEM, Science of Reading, systems and organization, classroom management and more!

They've recorded 10-15 minute tips (or episodes) with clear takeaways and action steps that you can try out in your classroom next year!

The best part? They're all audio so you can listen while packing up your classroom, in the car, or by the pool. No laptop required!

What's the difference between the free and all access pass?

With the Teacher Summer Talks free pass you'll get 14 actionable audio tips through a private podcast feed per month in June, July and August.  You'll have access to our community with other summit members and the presenters through September 1st!

With the Teacher Summer Talks All Access Pass you'll also get 14 actionable tips per month in June, July, and August and access to our community with other summit members and presenters through September 1st.

You'll also get 27 resources valued at over $200, if purchased separately, to get your school year kicked off on the right foot!

You'll also have lifetime access to the summit to go back and listen whenever you need to.

What topics are included? Will this be relevant to me?
